 Nishkama Yoga means "Yoga without Expectations" Experience a Cleveland Yoga Studio offering meditation, yoga classes, and yoga workshops. Nishkama Yoga Studio provides students with a space for relaxation and self-awareness.
As humans, we flow through life holding expectations for ourselves and others. When those expectations are not met, we find frustration and disappointment. Through a complete practice, Nishkama Yoga allows us to grow to a place of acceptance and awareness of circumstances, ourselves, and others. In this place, we find peace.
At Nishkama Yoga we practice and teach without expectations so that we can all bare witness to the beauty of the Universe on our mats, and in our everyday lives. Using the power and beauty of our bodies we lead by example to bring the message of peace.
